- Respect: Show respect to all instructors, members, and visitors. Treat others as you wish to be treated.
- Hygiene: Maintain personal hygiene and keep our training areas clean. Wear clean uniforms and use deodorant. Do no train if you have a contagious disease or open wounds.
- Support: Encourage and support fellow members in their training journey. We grow stronger together.
- Inclusivity: Embrace diversity and inclusivity. Everyone is welcome, regardless of age, gender, ethnicity, orientation, or background.
- Discipline: Practice self-discipline both in and out of the dojo. Consistency and dedication lead to improvement.
Club Rules
- Respect for All: Disrespect, abuse, and discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated. This includes language, behaviour, and actions.
- Cleanliness: Ensure your person, uniform and training gear are clean. Use the provided sanitizers or amenities and clean up after yourself.
- Punctuality: Arrive on time for classes. If you are late, please wait for the instructor's permission to join the session.
- Safety First: Follow the instructor's guidance to ensure a safe training environment. Report any injuries or safety concerns immediately.
- Positive Attitude: Maintain a positive and respectful attitude at all times. Negativity and hostility have no place in our dojo.
- Proper Attire: Wear appropriate training gear and protective equipment during classes.
- Personal Belongings: Secure your personal belongings in the designated areas. GMK is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
- Focus: Pay attention during instruction and avoid unnecessary talking or distractions. This includes visiting guests and guardians not attending the class.
- Zero Tolerance: Any form of bullying, harassment, or discrimination will result in immediate disciplinary action, including potential expulsion from the club.
- Open Communication: If you have any concerns or suggestions, please speak with our friendly instructors or staff members. We are here to help.
